Anas Al Madani, Vice- Chairman & Group CEO of INDEX Holding stated: “The franchising concept has developed tremendously in the previous years and continue to grow as it proved to be a successful business model for brands to generate new revenue streams. Franchising is also considered an important contributor to the country’s economies as it expands businesses and helps create jobs. With the continuous infrastructure and real estate development in the UAE, we believe that franchise investments in the country will fill in the needs of the commercial real estate developments. The US has been the most successful, and we believe that the UAE as a regional hub in the entire region has what it takes to be a global leader in the franchise industry.”

TGFM will play an important role in connecting them with investors regionally and internationally as local brands have the appeal to penetrate international markets,” Al Madani concluded.
On the other hand, we are attracting international brands from different parts of the world who see Dubai as the kick-starting point for their franchise expansion plans in the region.” Al Madani Concluded.
