Mubadala unveils Arzanah masterplan

HH Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, visited the Mubadala Real Estate and Infrastructure stand on Tuesday at this year’s Cityscape Abu Dhabi.
Mubadala Real Estate and Infrastructure unveiled the masterplan for Arzanah, a new community development designed to become the new urban destination of Zayed Sports City. The 1.9 million sq.m. development will include residential, retail, hotels, education, sports, and healthcare offerings, and will be located at the gateway point to the capital.
Ali Eid AlMheiri, Executive Director of Mubadala Real Estate and Infrastructure, said, “We are proud to present our visionary plans for Arzanah, a unique and innovative offering for the Abu Dhabi community, as well as the capital’s growing number of regional and international visitors. Arzanah will present an exciting urban living concept to existing and potential residents of Abu Dhabi, allowing them to benefit from the multitude of facilities on offer and the additional amenities being constructed as part of the surrounding Zayed Sports City.”
“Via the Arzanah development, Mubadala will also help further drive the growth of Abu Dhabi’s retail, healthcare, residential, entertainment, education, and hospitality sectors, supporting the diversification of its economy in line with the Government’s vision,” AlMheiri added.
